How do I add other administrator accounts?

Complete the following steps to add accounts for your colleagues and give them access to IXL as an administrator:

  1. Sign in to your administrator account.
  2. Click on Account Management.
  3. Hover over the roster tab and select Administrators.
  4. Select Add new administrator on the right side of the page.
  5. Enter the new administrator’s information.
    1. Select which school they should manage, or give them access to all schools on your account.
    2. Give them access to Analytics reports, if needed.
  6. Click Submit.

If you do not see the option to add new administrators, please contact your account specialist for assistance. To find your account specialist’s contact information, click on the licence info tab and scroll to the ‘Contact Us’ section at the bottom of the page.
