If I switch to an annual plan, can I apply my previous monthly payments to my new annual membership?

When you switch from a monthly to an annual membership, your new plan begins after your current month ends. We are unable to apply past monthly payments to your new annual membership; however, you will not lose the time you have already purchased.

To switch to an annual membership: 

  1. Sign in to your parent account from the IXL website. 
  2. Open your account menu in the upper-right corner, and select Membership details
  3. In the Membership information section, next to Plan, click switch to annual
  4. Click Update to finalise your change.

Your account won't be charged immediately; the amount due for your new annual rate will be charged on the next renewal date, at the end of your current billing cycle.
